Tuesday was the first day of Fall! Britta and I always make up excuses to celebrate, and by celebrate I mean make festive drinks and food. What better excuse for a celebration than the first day of our favorite season?! To celebrate the beginning of autumnal equinox, we decided to make a pumpkin spice white russian. It’s so delicious and since it’s still super hot in So Cal during the Fall, it’s a nice cold drink to have before we dedicate our lives to PSL’s.
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Pumpkin Spice Kahlúa
- 2 oz Smirnoff Cinna-Sugar Twist Vodka
- 1.5 oz of half & half
- cinnamon for rimming, optional
Instructions:
Rim glass with cinnamon, if desired. Fill a shaker with ice, vodka, Kahlúa and half & half. Shake up and pour in a cinnamon-rimmed glass.
