I’m always on the hunt for a concealer that covers my dark circles without making my under eyes look aged. For a long time, Tarte Shape Tape was my holy grail. Although I still think it’s unmatched, in terms of coverage, it’s a little too drying for my under eyes. So when I saw Tarte was releasing their Shape Tape Ultra Creamy concealer I jumped at the chance to try it. Tarte claims this formula is a concealer/eye cream hybrid which is a claim I’ve been seeing a lot lately and it always intrigues me.
