DIY Ring Dish

If you’ve been a loyal reader of this blog, than you know I love copper. I’m obsessed. I was obsessed before it became “trendy”. Thanks to Amy over at Homey Oh My! I recently discovered copper tape. Amy, you are my new best friend. After seeing all of Amy’s awesome posts using this amazing craft supply, I knew I had to make something with it. I came across a plain candle plate at Michaels and an idea was born…a DIY ring dish project! This project is super simple & I think it turned out awesome. Here’s what you’ll need:

Supplies

Directions:

Simply spray paint your dish with the white spray paint (I didn’t prime mine and it turned out great). Let dry overnight. Next, apply the copper tape in whatever design you wish! I did a triangle grid pattern; I just freehanded it but you could use pencil to draw it out before hand. I also think a stripe pattern would be cute! The tape is super easy to use and it actually sticks to whatever surface you apply it to.
