As a kid, we grew up loving s’mores. They remind us of being up north, gathered around the fire, making dessert. As you get older you forget how good s’mores really are and how many different variations you can create.

As you know, we love cookies. Keebler cookies have always been a staple in our diet. They’re affordable and delicious. We wanted to jazz up our favorite Keebler cookies, the Original Fudge Stripes, by making them into s’mores. Because cookies are a lot better than graham crackers. Yes? To really go full force into the cookie lovers title of this dessert, we spread cookie butter onto the cookies. Cookie on cookie. The ultimate pairing.

Side note: Kroger stores have a GREAT selection of all your favorite Keebler cookies at reasonable prices (you know we love that).

You could really do this type of cookie s’more in a variety of ways. You could pair the Deluxe Grahams with Nutella and marshmallow or Pecan Sandies with caramel sauce and marshmallow. Now that we’ve discovered cookie s’more I don’t think we can go back.

Ingredients:

Keebler Fudge Stripes
Cookie Spread- we used Biscoff Spread but you can use Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter as well, we just prefer Biscoff.
Mini Chocolate Chips
Marshmallows

Spread a little cookie butter on the inside of each cookie
