Best Gourmand Fragrances | For Fall + Winter
Tis the season to smell like a gingerbread house and a cozy mug of chai. As a gourmand girlie through and through, I reach for sweet scents year-round—but the moment the temperature drops, it’s over. I’m wearing them nonstop, and layering whenever I can.
Here are my top picks for the best gourmand perfumes for fall and winter—each one a crave-worthy scent (that also makes an excellent gift).

Dyad Rise + Shine
I have to start this list with my beloved coffee cake inspired fragrance, RISE + SHINE. This opens with spicy notes of cinnamon and cardamom, then settles into the most comforting vanilla you’ve ever smelled. A real triumph- if I do say so myself.

Kayali Vanilla 28
Vanilla 28 has a cult following for a reason. For one thing, this scent reminds me of the smell of Sephora, so I have positive scent association with it. If you’ve looking for a mature, beast mode vanilla- this is it.

Dyad Crème + Proper
Our newest launch, CRÈME + PROPER, is inspired by Princess Cake, with notes of chiffon cake, tart raspberry compote, and a touch of romantic rose. This sophisticated gourmand is airy, yet comforting, like this classic dessert.

Frenshe Moon Milk
We smelled Moon Milk at Target last year and immediately tossed it in the cart. It’s the perfect creamy and spicy fragrance- the nutmeg and ginger flower really come through in this one. During the fall it’s my go-to bedtime perfume.

Snif Crumb Couture
I know Crumb Couture can be hit and miss for some folks, but I appreciate how unique it is. It smells like a freshly baked buttered croissant, with berry jam. They’ve embodied a croissant perfectly and it’s so perplexing.

Phlur Vanilla Skin
This has to be the most hyped up body mist on the market, and I buy into said hype. For me, Vanilla Skin is the perfect layering fragrance. It’s a rich, deep vanilla that amplifies any gourmand you layer it with. The longevity is also insane for a body mist!

Lush Chelsea Morning
I never hear people talk about Chelsea Morning but it’s the lemon gourmand of my dreams. She’s POTENT, so proceed with caution, but I absolutely adore this fragrance.

Indult Tihota
I had to include Tihota in this roundup because it is quintessential vanilla. It smells like pure vanilla extract and you may think that sounds boring, but think again. There is something so intoxicating about this scent. I currently only own a sample size, but it’s at the top of my wishlist!

Brown Girl Jane Carousel
Brown Girl Jane creates incredible gourmands, and Carousel is probably my favorite (Casino is nice too!). It’s so hard to find a well balanced sweet apple scent, and they nailed it.
I’m always excited to try new gourmand perfumes, so pease let me know your favorites!
xx, Britta
