The season of pumpkin spice everything is upon us, people! Britta and I are so excited to make pumpkin treats all fall (& possibly winter) long. We thought we’d start the season by sharing our favorite seasonal recipes, this super simple pumpkin spice dip! We’ve been making this dip for 4 years now and we thought we’d update the old blog posts with some brand new pictures.
You know how much we love easy recipes and this is as easy as it gets. The whole thing takes only minutes to make but we do suggest letting the dip sit in the fridge for a bit before eating. It’s one of those recipes that gets better overnight.
Ingredients:Â
- 2 1 oz. packages of Sugar-free, Fat-free Vanilla Pudding (you can use the Cheesecake as well)
- 1 29 oz. cans of Libby’s Pure Pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 8 oz tub of Lite Cool Whip
- 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- Graham Crackers & Nilla Wafers
Directions:Â
- Thaw the Cool Whip in the fridge for one hour before starting.
- In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin, pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
- Fold in the Cool Whip
- Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Serve with graham crackers or Nilla Wafers
