We are avid coffee drinkers and have at least one cup of coffee a day. Because of our deep love for java we’ve become quite the coffee snobs, for lack of a better term. While we feel like coffee is like pizza, in the sense that it can never be BAD, we really appreciate a well-made coffee drink.

To save money we try to make our coffee at home and play around with different recipes. Since the weather is warming up we’ve been drinking iced coffee on the reg so were always on the hunt for new varieties.

We went to our local Walmart (always affordable and reliable) and picked up some International Delight® Iced Coffee, in Vanilla & Caramel Macchiato. It is so delicious and creamy, without being overly sweet. The coffee taste really shines through and the best part is how convenient it is. No more waiting in line at Starbucks, you can just pour your International Delight® Iced Coffee over ice and be on your way. Because it’s such a simple product it’s also perfect to create more in-depth coffee recipes, like this snickerdoodle iced coffee!

Finally, add one-fourth teaspoon cinnamon to your drink. You can use less but we really love cinnamon.

    OMG this looks heavenly! haha
Only question is, with the International Delight creamers I tend to get a bit of a chemically taste…do you get any weird taste like that with the iced coffees?
    Can’t wait to try this!

Not at all! And the iced coffee on it’s own isn’t too sweet, which is nice. This recipe however is on the sweeter side! haha.

Is there a way to make it without the pre-made iced coffee?
