Fall is the prime time of year for two of our favorite things, crafts & candy. The two really go hand-in-hand. We love a night in, crafting up a storm, and snacking on candy.
Walmart sells GIANT bags of Hershey Halloween candy for your snacking needs. We love to display the candy in our glitter apothecary jar for all to see. Since these candy bars are smaller than the original versions it makes it easier to have one of each. Keep some variety in your snacks! You can display your candy in cute Halloween themed dishes alongside your pumpkin decorations to make a fun and inviting display.
Every year we try to make some sort of craft pumpkin. Last year we made this Studded Metallic Pumpkin. This year we wanted to make something a little more chic and timeless. Something that would match our every day decor (we pretend to be chic). We came up with this confetti pumpkin!
Supplies:
Directions:
- Apply mod podge to the area where you want the confetti. We decided it would look really cool to have half the pumpkin covered diagonally
- Toss confetti over the Mod Podge section, make sure to cover the Mod Podge completely
- Let dry overnight
Share your Halloween crafts on social media using the hashtag #TrickOrSweet. How do you incorporate Hershey’s Halloween Candy into your holiday decorating?
