If you’ve been following our blog/Instagram/YouTube for a while, you know how much we love Everlane. I’ve been eyeing their The Oversized Blazer for quite some time now and am so happy I finally got it. It is very oversized so I went with a size 00. I like to call out my sizes in Everlane because on me, they tend to run large so I usually size down 1-2 sizes in everything (Jeans, pants, tops, etc.). Their shoes are TTS however!
Anyways, I love the subtle herringbone pattern on this blaze. From afar, it looks like a solid deep gray print, but up close you can see the texture from the herringbone pattern. The little detail really makes the blazer extra special!
I love how I can dress this up with nice pants/dark jeans and heels or wear it casually with light denim and slip-on shoes. It’s the perfect cut on me – slightly oversized which gives it that “cool-girl” vibe but not too oversized that it looks sloppy. It still makes me feel put together and dare I say fancy?
If I liked dresses, I would love pairing this with a simple slip dress as well. Maybe someday I’ll get into dresses!
The day we shot for this blog post, I decided to pair it with my go-to jeans and a t-shirt look – are you at all surprised? These white t-shirts from Uniqlo are incredible quality for the price!
Since I was showing off my Everlane blazer, I decided to wear some of my other favorite Everlane pieces I own, their Boss Boot & Kick Crop Jeans (I just picked these jeans up in a light wash too, I’m obsessed).Blazer: Everlane (gifted) | T-shirt: Uniqlo | Jeans: Everlane | Boots: Everlane | Earrings: Mejuri, old but these are similar | Lip Color: Velvet Fawn by Lisa Eldrige
