At the end of last year we fell in love with the Tarteist Pro to Go Palette. It may be small but it packs pigmentation and includes some amazing warm shades! I decided to create this easy eye look and managed to use all size shades in the palette. I love how this look turned out and you can acheive it too since the palette is only $23!!
