I have wanted to get a pair of vintage Levi’s for the past couple of years. Everytime I’ve gone thrifting, I can only find cut-off shorts (which are still over-priced). I love how vintage jeans just looked lived in, even if they’re new. They have the slouch of a boyfriend jeans but the high-waist of a skinny, completely with a tapered leg. They compliment just about every body type, including mine.
I spotted a pair by Madewell this summer that I wanted badly but couldn’t justify spending over $100 on a pair of jeans this time of year (Christmas presents cost money). Luckily, this pair of distressed vintage jeans popped up on American Eagle’s site and I knew I needed to have them! They are an online-only style but I have ordered so many pairs of American Eagle jeans, I wasn’t worried about them not fitting (they are very true to size). I am IN LOVE with these jeans. They are my new favorite pair and I got them on sale for $40!
I’ve also been loving this gray sweater from Nordstrom, it goes with everything and is super cozy!
