The Best Affordable Denim

You guys I think I’ve found them: The best pair of denim under $50. Like many of you, I used to rely on American Eagle for affordable denim but I’ve found that the quality has diminished in the past decade and I’ve never found a pair of jeans that fit me perfectly from AE. So for the past few years I was pretty loyal to Topshop, specifically the Jamie jeans from their range. But as the trends changed I started gravitating towards anything that has a vintage feels and is high waisted. I’ve found some amazing jeans from Everlane and Abercombie but I have to say, Zara has some amazing finds for such an affordable price point. These are called the SLIM FIT HI-RISE JEANS. I actually have multiple pairs of these that I love, but all of them have a raw hem, and I love the vintage feel of these due to the finished hem. They are so comfortable, flattering and the finish is lovely. These don’t have any stretch so I sized up to a 27!

I paired my new jeans with a v-neck knit top from Zara. I know they say you’re not supposed to wear white after Labor Day but who are “they” anyway? I purchased this back in June but it seems to be gone from the website already. That’s the one downfall with Zara, if you like something you have to jump on it or it will sell out and likely never re-stoc

My shoes are from Zara as well. I got these last year and they are still one of my go-to shoes for date night or happy hour. While not the most comfortable, I love this style and the tortoiseshell finish. I found a similar pair from Lulus!
