I’m just going to start by saying that this palette is now talking about enough! Granted Pixi Beauty isn’t known for their eyeshadows but the Let’s Talk palette that they created with Weylie is such a staple for us! The palette itself has six pans which are ideal for us. It takes the thought out of doing your makeup. you know that all the shadows will pair well together and there aren’t too many to choose from.
Anyways, this palette has a nice range of matte shades. You have a neutral brown that’s perfect for the transition, a terracotta that’s great for the crease, and a deep burgundy that works for the outer corner. I love using the cream shimmer all over the lid because it almost looks like a satin matte when it’s paired with the matte shades. I do want to mention that the shimmer shades are very wearable and not metallic whatsoever.
The pigmentation on these shadows is almost unbelievable. They’re soft to the touch and blend beautifully. The pans on this palette are also rather large so you really get a lot of bang for your buck. I use this palette much more often than I expected because I prefer these neutral shades on an everyday basis.
I also wanted to mention that this palette is sold with a black eyeliner that has a pencil on one end and liquid liner on the other, so you’re essentially getting three products for $18 which is such a steal. I don’t really use black eyeliners but I love the Pixi gel liners so I’m sure this liner that Weylie created is just as wonderful.
I really hope that Pixi releases more palettes like this. It’s a true gem!
