We’re back with another installment of One Piece, Two Ways! We haven’t done one of these since December which is completely unacceptable. We truly love creating these posts because they show how versatile some pieces can be. If you’re like us you live for pieces that can be worn in different ways depending on the occasion.
Today we’re styling these gorgeous ruffled jumpsuits from Kittenish. We’re new to jumpsuits but we’ve been loving the trend. We’ve worn plenty of rompers in our day but often associate jumpsuits with tall people. Many of them can be too long and make us look short(er). However, more and more jumpsuits are playing with the whole cropped trend that we can’t get enough of. This jumpsuit fits like a glove on top which is hard to find for us, and the quality is amazing for the price.
The color of my jumpsuit is described as ‘Walnut’ but I would describe it as a pea-olive green. It’s such a unique color, that I love, but I knew I had to pair pretty neutral accessories with it. I went with muted brown mules that compliment the olive well. For a jacket, I brought out my trusty faux leather jacket that goes with just about anything. When it came to jewelry I decided on some pieces from Dani Barbe that were simple, yet gorgeous. I feel like this outfit would be perfect for a happy hour or an early evening date.

Carli went the more casual route, as per usual. She paired her mustard-colored jumpsuit with a denim jacket and crisp white sneakers. She just got these sneakers from Madewell and has been living in them. The design is different than most but still understated. And can you ever go wrong with a denim jacket? The answer is no.

We hope you enjoyed this post! How do you feel about jumpsuits?

Both of the jumpsuits are so cute. I really want to buy them. You each styled them very nice. Great post.
