Nabla Skin Bronzing Powder Review

Nabla Skin Bronzing Powder Review | Twinspiration

If you’ve been a longtime subscriber of our YouTube channel you know that my holy grail bronzer is the Bare Minerals Invisible Bronzer in the shade ‘Medium.’ Since it’s been discontinued I’ve been on the hunt for a solid replacement. Something in a buildable baked formula, with natural undertones, that gives the skin a healthy sheen. Well, I think the Nabla Skin Bronzing Powder is a definite contender as a replacement!

First I want to address the packaging because I love it. I’ve never seen the point of adding a mirror to bronzers because it often makes the compact too bulky. This is very slim and the translucent gray is quite chic and a friendly substitute for black.

This formula isn’t as domed as the typical baked bronzer, but I find that the pan size is perfect for distributing an even amount of product on your brush. This formula is probably the most buildable I’ve ever used. You can dust a very light layer for a subtle glow or build it up to be pretty pigmented. However, even when you build it up it never looks muddy, which is amazing. It also gives the skin a subtle sheen which is what I’m always after with bronzers. I never want them to look flat matte. Thankfully, most talc-free formulas have a high content of mica which gives this glow.

The shade ‘Soft Revenge’ is described as a medium neutral brown and it is perfection. Much like my Invisible Bronzer, I love that it warms up the skin without looking orange. It really just gives that sunkissed look.

Overall I truly love this bronzer and I haven’t found a formula this unique in quite some time. I highlighter recommend this to anyone looking for a buildable glow!

You “highlighter” recommend it? Lol. Might have to try this one…looks cooler in the pan but swatches warmer.
