I am by no means a pro at any sort of styling. But being a t-shirt and jeans type of girl, I do think of myself as someone who can give advice on how to style a white t-shirt. To be fair, I’m more of a black and gray t-shirt person (raise your hand if you can’t keep a white shirt clean either), but I’ve always loved styling white t-shirts. They’re so basic but can somehow look so stylish. One of my favorite looks is when people pair jeans with a white tee, gold hoops, and red shoes. I don’t own any red shoes and most earrings make my ears swell like nothing else so I won’t be doing that but I wanted to throw that out there! The good thing about white tees is that they look good with any color denim — black, dark, light, colored, etc. Today, I paired my white tee with this light pair of Levis I recently got. Summer is coming up so this time of year I always gravitate towards denim of lighter washes. Since jeans and a white tee are so simple, I love adding accessories to really put the look together. For this look, I went with this look-alike Gucci belt from ASOS. The belt buckle is quite large (but not uncomfortable) so it adds a point of focus to the outfit if that makes sense!Normally, I would pair this outfit with one of my go-to mules. I’m not one to wear heels frequently but I wore this outfit on a Saturday and was feeling like it was a heel day. The ones I’m wearing here aren’t too tall and they’re from Target so they’re affordable. Like I mentioned, I love this type of look with red shoes or any colored shoes but since I only own black/brown/white shoes, I went with this basic black pair. I think the heel paired with the slightly baggy denim makes the outfit a bit chicer.T-Shirt: Topshop | Jeans: Levi’s | Belt: ASOS | Shoes: Target | Lipstick: Casey Holmes x Palladio in the shade Georgia
