Putting together work-appropriate outfits truly depends on your place of work. I’ve found that companies in LA are generally very casual, dress-code wise. It’s one of the reasons I love livng here so much. Of course I like looking nice some days, but others I’d rather put on a t-shirt, jeans and some sneakers and head to the office.
Even though I switch it up with my work outfits, I’ve found my go-to to be black jeans, black loafers and a sweater. Even now that it’s getting hot in Southern California, I can’t stop rocking sweaters. They just look so much nicer than plain t-shirts, yet they’re just as comfy!
I like to switch up my makeup every day but when I’m trying to look more put together, I opt for a red lip. It’s classic and sophisiticated–perfect for the work place.
