COVERGIRL recently sent us a PR package of their new clean line and in the box they included their Outlast Ultimatte Liquid Lipsticks. These are not new but we were intrigued by them. We haven’t worn liquid lipsticks in quite some time but these days with masks, a matte lip is much more reliable to wear, so we were excited to try this formula.
